Ernie lived on the home farm on Parker Hill Que. The farm Paul know's as the Horace Coates farm. His six sons were born here. Eventually he sold the farm and moved to the states.

PBBCK Ernest Walter Parker, born February 28, 1881 at Randboro, QC. At Lennoxville, QC, he married Evelyn Annie Barber on August 10, 1904. They had 6 children, all born at Sawyerville, QC, 1905-1916, except Walter in 1907. Ernest was a tree surgeon. The author visited him at his home, 168 Brook Road, Milton, MA, spent the night, and was escorted by him and two sons to visit his close relatives near Parker Hill in July 1938. He furnished most of the original information about his father Joseph's 11 children and descendants. Ernest Walter Parker and Evelyn Annee Barber had the following children:
