Both Dot and Mac were school teachers, and spent their lives in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. Both Bruce and Scott died tragically in their late teens or early twenties. (see below notes from Elsie )

My oldest brother Bruce Hamilton Johnston died at age 25 by suicide. My other brother Malcolm died in a climbing accident at age 30. My Dad Malcolm Willard Johnston was born in Ayer's Cliffe, Quebec, My Mom and Dad now live Lennoxville, Quebec 24 Feb 2002.

I am now living in Pampano Beach Florida and am married to Gary James bush, we have two children Scott andrew born Nov 17 1999 and Cory James born july 11 2001.
Malcolm Willard Johnston was born in Ayer's Cliffe, Quebec. Dorothy Mildred Hamilton and Malcolm Willard Johnston had the following children:
