THIRD GENERATION

6. George A Gordon was born on 7 May 1859 in Lakeside, Gore Township, Argenteuil County Quebec. He died on 1 Sep 1948 in Fort Morgan Idaho.

He was married to Sarah Louise Waldron (daughter of Horace Waldron and Susan Woodsworth) on 25 Apr 1888 in Sawyerville Methodist Church. notes from Mildred Waldron

All this family is buried in the East Clifton Cemetery, except Sarah. All lived in Ciflton except, Albert in Coaticook area, Nellie in Sawyerville, and Sarah in Colorado. Horace and Susan and eight of their twelve children lived to be over eighty. John and Luman died on the same day in the same hospital and were buried from the United Church in East Clifton with a double funeral service. Sarah Louise Waldron was born in 1861. She died in 1950.
