This line is on the maternal side of Dora (Savage) Hamilton wife of Garth Hamilton. Mary Fralick married Sylvester Hadley. Sylvester was born in the USA and immigrated to Canada prior to the war of 1812. Mary Fralick was born in Albany NY and her Great Great Grandfather is Stephen Frölich born 1675 in Germany and immigrated to the British Colony in North America, and started to raise his family in Kingston, Ulster Co. British Colony, North America, His first son being born here in 1720. (This is of New York City NY today) This is 56 years before the War of Independence. The change in the spelling appears with Isaac who immigrated from the USA to Scugog Island prior to the war of 1812. Here the spelling first appears as Fralick.
