Kitchener/Waterloo are twin cities located just off of Highway 401 between Toronto and London Ontario

The Twin cities are located just off of Highway 401 at exit 278 to the north of the highway. Taking Exit 278 puts you on highway #8 going North. The Third exit is Weber Street and at this exit there are three Hotels, Holliday Inn, Fairway Rd., Howard Johnson's King St., Radisson Hotel, King St. and the Fairview Mall. The fourth exit is Highway 7, & 86 and you want to exit right following signs for #7 East and #86 north. Highway #8 goes west joining #7 west at this point and King St. is straight ahead beyond the overpass and leads into Waterloo and the Waterloo Hotel in the center of town on King St. 

Following #86 north you want to stay left until you see the Bridgeport Exit and after passing this exit move to the right and take the University St East Exit and turn right at the top of the ramp onto University Ave.  Follow University Ave around as it goes east first and then as it curves north to the Rim Park which will be on your right.

If you miss University Ave East exit you can continue on to the Northfield Exit and go east of Northfield Rd to University Ave. and turn right on University and the rink is just ahead on your left. Entrance is beyond the centre.

The other Hotels listed are the Comfort Inn on Weber St. near University Ave. Take the University Ave West Exit off of #86 and turn left on Weber St. and the hotel is on your left about a block away from University Ave.  To get to the rink just turn right onto Weber St and then right on University Ave and continue east to Rim Park.  The Destination Inn on King St. is accessed by taking the first exit past University Ave West off of #86 and turn right at the top of the ramp onto King St North. The motel is on your left across from the Conestoga Mall. To access the rink leave the hotel turning left onto King St and go North to Northfield St and turn right and follow Northfield Dr. east to University Ave and turn right on University and the rink is just ahead on your left. Entrance is beyond the centre.
